Bittersweet Pork with Black Vinegar

The Cooking Notes Sweet & Sour Pork Recipe I featured last time is Cantonese style with lots of veggies, but this time it’s Beijing style black vinegar pork with large chunks of meat.
I bought bondiola and cooked it.
It’s big so I boiled it and cooked it inside before mixing with the sauce
Black vinegar is made in China and the taste is very traditional.
