Sukiyaki is a popular winter food in Japan an consists of thinly sliced pieces of beef as well as vegetables and tofu. It is similar to a hot pot, except with sukiyaki, you don’t drink the broth as it can be a bit strong. Instead, you’ll take the ingredients out one at a time, dip them into a raw egg, and either eat it just like that or with some rice. Sukiyaki tastes best when eaten with friends and family. In this video, I used my Japanese wagyu beef. If you liked this video, show me some love by liking this video. If you want to see my daily food videos from Japan, SUBSCRIBE ;D
