We are making Mackerel Curry using as many frozen ingredients as possible. This curry is speedy to make and delicious. I wonder why this dish makes me feel so cheerful. It’s my favorite!
How to Make Mackerel Curry
(serves 2) Cook Time: 25 minutes
200g Packaged Boiled Mackerel (7.1 oz)
1 tbsp Garlic Clove, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Root, chopped
150g Onion, chopped (5.3 oz)
100g Packaged Boiled Tomato (3.5 oz)
40g Green Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
40g Red Bell Pepper (1.4 oz)
2 tbsp Olive Oil, approx.
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/3 Dried Red Chili Pepper, deseeded
2 tsp Honey
1 tbsp Curry Powder
2/3 tsp Salt, * The amount of salt in boiled mackerel varies depending on the product, so use this as a guide.
Hot Steamed Rice
2 Eggs
1 tbsp Vinegar
