兼ねてから行きたいと思っていた、有名デカ盛り店の大進亭に行ってきました！
テレビやyoutubeでも取材が殺到しているのは「見た目に迫力があるから」と
思っていましたが、行ってみたらビックリするほど丁寧で手の込んだ仕込みや調理の数々！
デカ盛りになった理由も、「駅から遠いから、わざわざ足を運んでくれた人に少しでも満足して欲しい」
という理由でどんどん大きくなっていったそうです。
お客さんはひっきりなしに訪れ、休みなく動き続ける中、誰にでも優しく丁寧に接し、料理やお客さんに対して誠実に向き合う姿は、カッコよく、とても尊敬しました。
多くのファンを惹きつける理由はここにもあったのだと気付かされました。
難点は、デカ盛りですので、大人数で行かないと、
一度にたくさんのメニューを食べれないところでしょうか笑

The reason why it became big is “I want people who came all the way to be satisfied because it is far from the station.”
It seems that it got bigger and bigger for that reason.
The customers visited us all the time, and while they continued to move without rest, they treated everyone kindly and politely, and the appearance of dealing with the food and customers sincerely was cool and I respected them very much.
It was realized that this was also the reason for attracting many fans.
