使う食材はお好みの野菜とコンソメと塩だけ。むしろ野菜の甘味だけでいけるような気もします。味の濃さを調節すれば離乳食としても。うちの一歳の娘にも食べてもらいました！
具材を切って煮込むだけ。料理をしたことのない方でも大丈夫。味はコンソメが整えてくれます！！
