This time I made a healthy cauliflower fried rice!
食べた罪悪感が少なく、女性に特におすすめのレシピです！

【Recipe】
【材料】
・カリフラワー 150g cauliflower
・チャーシュー 100g roast pork
・卵 2個 2 eggs
・鶏ガラスープの素 大さじ1/2 chicken broth
・塩 適量 salt to taste
・オリーブオイル 適量 olive oil to taste
・醤油 適量 soy sauce to taste
【工程】
チャーシューを細かく切る
Cut the roast pork into small pieces
カリフラワーの葉を取る
Remove the cauliflower leaves
カリフラワーを細かく切る
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces
ボウルに卵、鶏ガラスープの素、塩を入れて混ぜる
Mix eggs, chicken broth, and salt in a bowl
カリフラワーを加えて混ぜる
Add the cauliflower and mix
フライパンにオリーブオイルを入れて火にかける
Put olive oil in a flying pan and heat it
チャーシュー炒める
Sauté roast pork
カリフラワーを加えて炒める
Add cauliflower and sauté
醤油を加える
Add soy sauce
盛り付けて完成です！
Serve and finish!
