さて、お正月と言えばお雑煮です!
各地域、家庭によって異なるお雑煮。
我が家は関東風でシンプルすっきりさっぱりな味です。

In Japan, there is a local cuisine called “ozoni”, which is made with rice cake and vegetables.

It is also a Japanese traditional New Year’s soup dish.
Ozoni differs greatly from family to family and region to region. The flavor changes according to different cultures and climates.

In this video, I’m going to share a recipe of ozoni that I’ve been familiar with since I was a little girl!

★お雑煮とは、一年の無事を祈りお正月に食べる伝統的な日本料理で、お餅の形や具・味付けなど各地域や各家庭によって様々な味があるのが特徴です。

Ozoni is a traditional Japanese food and eaten on New Year’s Day to pray for the safety of the year. Also It has various tastes depending on the region and each household, such as the shape, ingredients, and seasoning of mochi.
